Simple-to-use

The ES-105 features auto-sensing 10/100Mbps ports that automatically detect the speed and duplex mode of attached networking devices, making installation fast and easy.

Auto-MDI/MDI-X

Auto-MDI/MDI-X features in the ES-105 automatically adjust the transmit/receive pins within a port, rendering crossover cables unnecessary. Auto MDI/MDI-X is based on signals detected from the wires of attached devices.

Flow Control Allows Fast and Reliable Connections

The IEEE 802.3x standard-based flow control allows the ES-105 to prevent traffic congestion by informing attached devices to stop transmission. When the switches detect that the buffer of each port is nearly full, attached devices are requested to wait until new data can be accepted.
